CNC Machining

Here at Leap our machining comprises of three departments ensuring we can achieve the exact quality and precision each job requires.

Our CNC department boasts a number of mills and lathes capable of machining tight tolerances from small quantities to vast numbers within the best time possible. To complement our Cnc department we have two manual sections one of which is a separate temperature controlled workshop for prototype work and one offs.

Our press shop comprises of a number of Worcester presses ranging from 30-50 tonne, Bridgeport mills and Colchester lathes as well as surface grinders, rolling machines and pipe bending machines etc.

Our goal is simple, keep the cost to the customer as low as possible whilst keeping the standard of work as high as is achievable. We are fully compliant with ISO9001 and with the ability to produce our own tooling in house leads to reductions in lead time and cost.
